We were amazed at the quality and speed of our order for such a great price. We realized we ordered the wrong bumper (Denali vs XL - although they could be the same) and their customer service handled it quickly. After the bumper was painted, they sent us photos so we could see it before it was shipped and make sure it was what we wanted. We received the order within schedule, it was packed very carefully, and matched our truck's paint perfectly. We would use Revemoto again in an instant!
The bumper fits exact with all needed cutouts perfectly placed. The paint job was excellent (minus one small light scratch in the paint, hardly noticeable though) with an exact match to the color of our yukon. Product was well secured during shipping and I dont think you can beat the price.
Showed up today after a month of waiting scratched, dirty and with a huge dent in it. Who packs painted body parts full of dust in abrasive brown paper? The box had no support and was crushed. Ever hear of cling plastic and spray foam? The paint job is full of defects and dust. The blemishes in the bumper were just painted over. looks like someone attempted to wax it and make it look better. Do you guys have a spray booth or just use rattle cans of touch up paint in a garage? How about flex additive and primer? Not Happy!
Hi Mr. Joseph, We do understand how frustrating it could be to receive a damaged item, but we do take every measure to make sure that shipping damages occur less frequently at a rate of less than 8%. All packages are fully insured therefore you are protected in incidents like this. For packaging method thank you for giving us your option and will pass that along to the shipping manager. Parts always go through a QC check and we do our best to remove debris, but will never repaint over blemishes of any sort. Fortunately for all of customers rattle cans are not a method in the painting process we use here at Revemoto. All methods to make sure we only provide the best product available backed by a lifetime paint warranty is strictly followed. Including but not limited to a paint booth, flex additive, primer, clearcoat, etc... We have sent you an email to resolve this issue and look forward to a response back to resolve this issue.
