Shipping & Handling

We provide FREE SHIPPING for all new auto body parts shipped within the United States, with the following exceptions:

  • Hawaii/Alaska: Orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska have a minimum $499 freight fee for large parts (excluding mirrors and smaller items). Mirrors ship free to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

  • Canada: Large parts shipping to Canada (like bumpers and large fenders) incur a $499 freight fee. For smaller parts, such as mirrors or smaller painted components, there is a $49.99 shipping and handling fee.

Order Processing and Shipping Times:

  • All products are processed and typically leave our facility within 10-15 days of purchase, depending on current demand, order volume, and the type of item ordered.
  • We primarily ship via FedEx, United States Postal Service (USPS), freight couriers, and our ReveMoto transit vans.
    • Regular-sized packages (e.g., mirrors) generally take up to 7 days in transit.
    • Oversized packages (e.g., fenders, bumpers, hoods) may take 7-14 days to arrive.

Bumper Packaging:

We do not fold bumpers! Your painted parts are carefully packaged to protect the integrity of the paint, ensuring it lasts for years. Depending on the shipping method, bumpers will be either boxed or securely wrapped and delivered by ReveMoto vans.

EXPEDITED OPTIONS

Expedited Shipping:
You can choose expedited shipping for an additional charge at checkout. This option speeds up the delivery of your order.

Local Pickup:
We offer local pickup at our Houston facility located at 11515 Tanner Road, Houston, TX 77041. Once your order is ready, we’ll notify you for pickup. This allows you to avoid shipping wait times and receive your part more quickly.

 

Change of Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order but before it has shipped, please contact our team immediately at sales@revemoto.com or 281-561-5300. If the new shipping address differs from your billing address, we may require additional verification documents before processing the change.

If your order has already left our facility, we may not be able to update the address. In rare cases where a change is still possible with the courier, a reshipping fee will apply. This fee must be paid before we can proceed with updating the address.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

ReveMoto is not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of order. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

If a package is refused or returned to us due to an invalid or incorrect address, you will be required to pay a reshipping fee to have the item sent back out. The reshipping fee may vary depending on the product and shipment insurance.

If a shipment arrives with visible damage, you must refuse the delivery with the courier immediately. Do not accept the package. If you accept the damaged shipment and later attempt to return it, ReveMoto will not be responsible for covering any reshipping costs.

For any item returned for reasons other than damage, ReveMoto reserves the right to hold the product until the reshipping freight fee has been paid. Once the fee is received, we will arrange to reship the product to you.

 


Returns/Exchanges

CANCELLATIONS: 

For expedited orders, no cancellations are allowed as we work on these quickly to meet the turnaround time. 

For non-expedited orders, no cancellations are allowed after 24 hours from the time of purchase as your order is already being processed. 

 

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

All parts are FINAL SALE. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for parts or paint codes incorrectly selected by the customer.

We custom paint each part to meet your vehicle’s specific requirements. Due to the customization of these parts, we cannot take them back. Please make sure to double check your part number and paint code to ensure you are ordering the correct part for your vehicle.

Exchange Eligibility:

If you selected the correct part and paint code, but received a part that does not fit or match your vehicle, you may initiate an exchange. All exchange requests must be filed within 30 days of receiving the part. We will honor exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Paint Code Guarantee: If you selected the correct paint code but the part does not match your vehicle, please contact ReveMoto to initiate an exchange, and we will correct the issue.

  • Fitment Guarantee: If you selected the correct part, but it does not fit your vehicle, contact us to initiate an exchange, and we will make it right.

  • Defective Parts: If the part you received is defective, please submit a claim within 30 days of delivery using our Claims Form. We will provide instructions on returning the defective item or sending a replacement.

  • Unpainted Parts: All unpainted parts are eligible for exchange only within 30 days of delivery.

Unauthorized Returns:

Important: Any item returned or sent for exchange without prior authorization from ReveMoto will not be accepted. If you send us a product without our approval:

  • We will hold onto the product until you cover the shipping costs to send it back to you.
  • Alternatively, you can choose to pick up the same item in person at our Houston, TX facility. The item will not be replaced or exchanged when picked up.

To avoid unauthorized returns, always contact our customer service team to receive approval and instructions before sending anything back.

      

    CLAIM APPROVAL PROCESS

    All claims, exchanges, or returns must receive prior approval from ReveMoto. Do not send any parts back without receiving explicit authorization from our team. Customers who return parts without authorization, assuming a refund or exchange, will not have their return accepted, and no refunds or credits will be issued for unauthorized returns.

    Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the item or proceed with an exchange. Please wait for our approval before shipping any items back. If you return a product without approval, it will not be processed, and you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item to you or arranging for pickup at our Houston, TX facility.

     

    SHIPPING DAMAGES

    For items shipped via freight:

    • Visible Damage: If there are obvious signs of damage upon delivery, refuse the shipment and make sure to note all visible damage to the part and/or packaging on the delivery receipt. We will file an insurance claim on your behalf and arrange for a replacement immediately.

    • Concealed Damage: If there are no visible signs of damage at delivery, unbox and inspect your items right away for any concealed damages. Be sure to remove all packaging to thoroughly inspect the product.

    • Important: If any damage is found, do not sign the “free & clear” waiver provided by the driver. Contact us immediately to file an insurance claim. If you sign the waiver without noting any packaging damage, you are accepting the part as-is, and your claim will not be approved.

    For all other couriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS):

    • You have up to three (3) days from the date of delivery to notify us of any damages so we can file an insurance claim. After this 3-day window, your claim may not be approved.

     

    PAINT MATCH ISSUES

    If you selected the incorrect paint code or your vehicle has been repainted, we cannot guarantee a paint match. We use your vehicle’s VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) and work with our partner dealership’s VIN decoder and/or paint sample to verify the paint code provided.

    If the correct paint code was selected but the paint does not match, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us for an exchange only. ReveMoto does not offer installation reimbursements, so it is essential to verify the color match before installing the part on your vehicle.

    To initiate an exchange, please complete our Exchange Form within the 30-day window so we can assist you properly.

     

    UNCOVERED COSTS

    ReveMoto does not cover or reimburse for any incidental or miscellaneous expenses related to your order. These include, but are not limited to:

    • Labor costs for the removal or installation of a defective or mismatched part
    • Materials used during installation
    • Lost time, wages, or business revenue
    • Towing fees
    • Lift or dock fees
    • Storage fees
    • Rental vehicle costs
    • Shipping delays or any associated costs due to unforeseen circumstances

    ReveMoto is also not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including without limitation, indirect or special damages resulting from product defects or issues with the order. We recommend verifying fitment and paint match before installation to avoid additional expenses.
