Painted Fender
I ordered a painted right front fender for my 2016 Chev Tahoe with expedited shipping. Unfortunately, when it arrived, the package was damaged from transit and the part was also slightly damaged. This was clearly the fault of the shipper and not ReveMoto.I contacted ReveMoto and they immediately ordered a new part at no cost. They also quickly refunded my expedited shipping fees. (They did this without me having to ask).They constantly kept me appraised via email on the status of my order…..and they did it in a very unique, personal and professional manner. I enjoyed the personal touch.The new fender arrived and it was "spot on" perfect. The paint and clear coat were flawless and the part fit perfectly. This was a father and son project for my son's Tahoe. We took it slow and result was amazing…..better than expected.We were very proud that we were able to make this repair at home in our garage. Painted Front Bumper
I can't say enough how great ReveMoto truly is. I had some work done on my son's car about 4 years ago for a painted fender for his Subaru Outback and the experience was good back then. With that said, what I wan't to speak about is the most recent experience with my 2018 Lexus GX460 painted bumper. From the request, order, communication, shipping and most importantly the product and outcome could not have been perfect!
