Ordering the item was really simple and easy, and the paint color match was spot on! The pricing is definitely fair, and the shipping and handling was fantastic! I needed a new grille and bumper and I ended up getting this whole painted bumper from this site faster than the little grille I needed. The shipping company that was used did not reach out, call or send a smoke signal prior to delivering my bumper. This bumper was $1,200+ and it was just left at my doorstep. Now to move on to the actually paint quality of the bumper. I will say the protection was sub-par as this bumper should've been fully Buble wrapped and not just on the front. I followed the directions and immediately looked over the box and opened it. I found a small mark/scratch on the left side of the bumper. I reached out via email send was told to file a claim. I did so, and included pictures. I was told by the claims team to verify the pain match, and to run my hand across the mark to see if it's smooth. Really! So, I asked what is the end game here What type of resolution will be result when it's all said and done. The mark was not smooth but, instead a bit rough and concaved. I was told that the mark can be fixed with touch-up paint. They were gladly going to send it to me. That is not a suitable solution. I had to reschedule my appointment to at the dealership which is not for another month. My time was wasted as well as money. As I'm going to have to have someone fix this issue. No one had anything to say about the shipping company that they used and the last of correspondence. I would recommend but, be weary and check your items as soon as you get. You might be better buying a unpainted bumper and having a paint shop paint it for you. The price might be comparable.
